Surveillance video shows an unknown man walk up to a home construction site in Houston on the 900 block of Junell Street, tilts over a porta potty, and dragging it into the road. Minutes later, two men pulled up to the site in a white Ford pickup truck, helped load the porta-potty into the cab, before they drove away.

Video captured the moment a shooting erupted in Downtown Houston on Monday, April 21. Authorities say deputies exchanged gunfire with a suspect. A constable deputy and the suspect were both shot. They are both expected to survive their injuries.
