Lakeview Elementary reopens after renovations
Lakeview Elementary in Sugar Land reopened its doors Monday after being closed for renovations for two years. Students returned from Spring Break to a drumline and cheerleaders from Austin and Dulles High Schools, along with upgrades that maintained some of the school's original features. The historic campus first opened in 1918, and its auditorium has been designated a Texas historic site.
