Child ejected from vehicle in accident in Northeast Houston

HOUSTON, TX - Crews on the scene to of a major 2-vehicle accident reported on Irvington and De Boll in NE Houston.

Four children were involved, one possibly ejected from the vehicle. An officer says that a baby is not conscious and not breathing normally.
