Tropical Weather Forecast - November 21, 2023

Hurricane season is winding down but there's still some action in the Atlantic and Caribbean. Invest 99-L in the central Caribbean is not looking very organized now and there's only a low 10% chance it will develop into a tropical system as it drifts west. Disturbance in the central Atlantic has a decent chance of becoming a tropical depression or tropical storm over the next week. But it is moving away from the United States and is not expected to impact land. Hurricane season ends on November 30.
