Arcola officer arrested on second charge of sexual assault
The Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office says Arcola police officer Hector Aaron Ruiz was arrested on a second set of charges of sexual assault and official oppression.

Officer Ruiz allegedly stopped the victim's vehicle earlier this month before coercing her to engage in a sexual act while he was on duty.
