Barbi Barbee is the digital editorial lead at FOX 26 Houston. She joined the station as a web producer in 2016.
Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Barbi has called Houston home for nearly a decade now.
She studied journalism at the University of Texas at Austin, where she was able to explore her passion for telling important stories through multimedia.
While at FOX 26, Barbi has covered everything from Hurricane Harvey to the Astros World Series wins.
Her favorite stories are the ones that impact Houstonians' daily lives – whether that’s sharing important information during a natural disaster or just helping people find fun things to do on the weekend.
