The Friday night cold front barely made it to Houston before stalling. Some areas enjoyed more impacts than others. Moisture creeps back in Saturday night and could lead to some fog or showers early on Sunday morning. Outdoor plans should not be a problem Sunday evening and Monday as Houston returns to a quiet pattern. Rafael is also stalling out in the Gulf. It will start sliding to the southwest on Monday avoiding direct impacts on southeast Texas.

Folks east of Houston can expect isolated showers and be a bit more humid. This front will help to steer tropical storm Rafael away from SE Texas.
