Man charged with stalking deputy constable

A man was arrested after allegedly threatening to kill a Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constable and saying he would eat the deputy constable's children.

Jason Keith Walden, 45, is charged with stalking.

According to court documents, Walden is accused of using three fake Facebook profiles to call a Precinct 4 deputy constable more than 100 times in three days through the Facebook messenger app. He allegedly threatened violence against the deputy constable and his family.

Court documents say the deputy constable was able identify the man by his voice as his former neighbor Jason Walden. Authorities say an investigator was able to confirm with Facebook via subpoena that an original account belonging to Walden under his real name and the three other fake accounts were associated with the same cell phone number.
