Brother accused of shooting and killing his brother in NE Houston

HOUSTON, TX - Investigators say that a brother shot and killed his own brother near Fawn Drive near Normandy in Northeast Houston. 

Police received a call at 4 a.m. on 731 Fawn Drive, and homicide investigators were dispatched. Officers then discovered a man shot 5 times in the chest. Police say that the brother who shot his own brother is now in custody, and that the dead brother may have been trying to break into the home.   

Police say there was some kind of family disturbance just before the shooting. The accused brother did stay on the scene.
