Texas prosecutors foreshadow legal battle against AG Ken Paxton

Texas courthouse legends and Paxton impeachment prosecutors Rusty Hardin and Dick DeGuerin foreshadow their case against the suspended attorney general.

HOUSTON -
Bribery, abuse of power, misuse of official information, misuse of public resources, conspiracy, retaliation, and dereliction of sworn duty - a litany of alleged misdeeds Paxton and his defense team have categorically denied.

Suffice it to say, Ken Paxton didn't get in this position by accident. Or as the result of an elaborate partisan scheme.

Which of these allegations do you consider most substantial? And potentially most compelling to a Senate jury?
