Olivia Dance

Olivia Dance joined the FOX 26 news team as a reporter in June 2026, and she is thrilled to call Houston her new home!

A native of Maryland, she most recently spent four years as a morning reporter in Baltimore. She also spent several years on the ground reporting in Buffalo and Syracuse, New York, covering everything from intense winter blizzards to major breaking news.

Olivia is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama, where she earned a double major in News Media and Communication Studies. During her time in Tuscaloosa, she interned for three years at the local news station. Her drive for journalism also took her to New York City for an internship with Fox News, where she was later named a Fox News Campus Ambassador for the remainder of her college career.

When she’s not chasing a story, Olivia loves going on adventures with her dog, Brooklyn, snowboarding, and staying active outdoors. An avid traveler, she loves exploring new countries, experiencing different cultures, and—now—discovering the incredible food and diversity that Houston has to offer.
