A woman in Tennessee took 'taking one for the road' to a whole new level.

Julia Myers, 22, tried to finish a beer while being arrested after leading police on a high-speed chase.

The Blount County Sheriff's Office just released a dashcam video of the incident.

In the video, Myers is seen getting out of the driver's seat, lying on the ground, and then chugging a beer.

One of the responding officers kicks the can away to handcuff her.

Myers was charged with more than 10 offenses, including driving while impaired, felony evading arrest, reckless endangerment, and aggravated assault.

According to police, Myers admitted to police that she was drinking and driving. She allegedly told them that she began drinking liquor in the morning before switching over to beer.
