Substitute teacher's family sues family of Santa Fe High School shooting suspect

SANTA FE, Texas (FOX 26) - The family of substitute teacher Cynthia Tisdale, who was among the people killed in a shooting at Santa Fe High School on May 18, has filed a lawsuit against the family of Dimitrios Pagourtzis, the student suspect in the campus attack.

The lawsuit cites negligence, gross negligence, damages and exemplary damages.
