Police defend black real estate investor after woman calls 911

A black male real estate investor, Michael Hayes, record an encounter he says he had while he was checking on a property in Memphis. Hayes says a white woman came out of the neighboring house and aggressively questioned him – asking Hayes what he was doing in the house and the neighborhood. The woman then called the police for him.  Here's where the story shows a glimmer of hope for us all.  When police arrived, a white male police officer shut the angry woman down. He told her if she caused any problems for Hayes, who had his proof and paperwork, she would be taken to jail. On the Factor to talk about this are Houston area real estate agents Mish Guillory and Garland Bennett.
