Women are fighting for equal pay. The latest is Oscar-winning actress and comedienne Mo'Nique. She's mad for getting low-balled and posted a video to Instagram over the weekend asking people to boycott Netflix, accusing them of "color bias" and "gender bias".
She followed that video with another one saying comedian and actress Wanda Sykes was low-balled, too. She that it's disgusting that two black women who have 50 plus years in the comedy game be offered $750,000 combined for comedy specials when Amy Chumer - a white female comedian - was offered $13 million.
On the Factor to talk about it is director Amir Valinia, producer Thada Catalon and comedian Blame the Comic.
