Harris County shooting: Teen in critical condition following possible accidental shooting

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - Harris County authorities are investigating following a shooting on Friday evening.

Details are limited, but Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said the shooting occurred in the 800 block of Donfield.

SUGGESTED: Teen injured in officer-involved shooting near Humble

Gonzalez said three teens were in a room and a 15-year-old was handling a firearm and may have fired unintentionally striking a 16-year-old.

The wounded teen has been transported to the hospital in critical condition.
