Galveston mom sues Blue Bell over Listeria poisoning

GALVESTON, TX - A Galveston County mom, Ursula Burton  is suing Blue Bell Ice Cream over alleged Listeria poisoning. She claims that she and her daughter became extremely ill after eating ice cream she purchased it at Valero in April of 2015. She says now they're lactose intolerant and have developed a sensitivity to dairy.  She is seeking up to $1,000,000 in damages for physical pain, mental anguish, medical expenses and lost wages.
