FEMA trailer paid for, resident not allowed to move in

More than six months since Hurricane Harvey struck the Houston area, there are hundreds, possibly thousands of people, still cleaning up. Some of them still waiting to move into their FEMA sponsored trailers, but there's a problem. Some people have had their trailers for weeks, and in some instances months, but the federal government won't allow them to move in, including Doug Murrell in Katy.

FOX 26 News contacted FEMA and a representative said the agency only paid for the trailers but that the Texas General Land Office is in charge. FOX 26 is waiting on a response from that agency.
