Family suing funeral home for cremating mom's remains

Last year after Roberta Salazar passed away, her family planned for an open casket funeral. But their nightmare came true when the Grace Funeral Home allegedly cremated their mother's remains without permission and then gave her ashes to the wrong family. The Salazar’s have filed a $50 million lawsuit against Grace Funeral Home. Mrs. Salazar’s children as well as their attorneys are on the Factor to talk about it.
