Dad gets tattoo of son's surgery scar

(STORYFUL) - A man helped ease his son’s doubts and lack of confidence following surgery by getting a similar shaped scar tattooed in the exact same place on his head.
Josh Marshall shared a photo of himself and son Gabriel showing off their scars to the camera on Facebook for a Best Dad competition being held by the St Baldricks Foundation, writing “got my son’s scar tattooed to help his self confidence.”
Marshall won the competition and thanked everyone who voted for him, writing, “We are all great fathers that would go to any extent to help our children so in my eyes we’re all winners!”
Marshall’s eight-year-old son Gabriel is suffering from anaplastic astrocytoma – a rare malignant brain tumor.
