Brennan' s of Houston a Houston Restaurant Weeks participant

Brennan's of Houston is a charter member of Houston Restaurant Weeks and has participated every year since the event launched in 2003. The famous restaurant will serving brunch, lunch and dinner during Houston Restaurant Weeks, which benefiting the Houston Food Bank. With help from Houston Restaurant Weeks chair Cleverley Stone, executive chef Danny Trace demonstrates how to prepare Fish Koo-Be-Yahn with creole-spiced shrimp in Acadian-style Courtboullion sauce and bayou country jazzmen rice.
