Ukraine regains territory
After seven months of brutal war, the defenders of Ukraine continue to regain substantial territory taken by Russian invaders in the east. With Vladimir Putin?s army losing an estimated 500 soldiers each and every day - the dictator has been forced to mobilize his nation's reserves. As a result, thousands of Russians are fleeing the country rather than serve - and anti-war protests appear to be escalating. Ukraine?s president says the fighting and dying will not stop until Russia is punished.

Another rate hike
Greg Groogan begins the topic of inflation and the latest rate increase: "The "Fed" says this calculated "pain" - impacting Americans of all income levels - is necessary to control inflatiom. This "financial therapy" is designed to leave Americans with less disposable income.....so they simply buy fewer products...reducing demand....and eventually lowering prices. Bottom line - just about "everyone" is paying more in interest on their outstanding debt.....and panel....we are told the Fed likely has more agony to inflict. "
