The first scam comes via a text.

It looks like it’s from The Bank of America. The text reads, "Your Debit card has been locked", prompting consumers to visit the highlighted website. The consumer then goes to the website and, if not careful, begins to fill in personal information.

The next scam hits consumers via their phone.  It's called The Federeal Student Tax scam and it targets college students.

The crook somehow gets a student's phone number, and name of  school...making it seem legit.  The caller claims to be an IRS agent and accuses the student of not paying the Federal Student tax.  But there is no Federal Student Tax.
