PGA Tour Wives Association hosts night out for teens battling cancer
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The Houston Shell Open is turning out to be a hole in one for area kids battling cancer.
The PGA Wives Association hosted a night out for teenagers who are patients at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
The teens played rounds of golf in a special suite at the Four Seasons Hotel in Downtown Houston. The kids were also treated to appetizers and dinner at the hotel.
Before the night was over the PGA Wives Association also donated a $5,000 check to MD Anderson.
