Man arrested 8 times after ex allegedly framed him on social media

BAYTOWN, Texas (FOX 26) - Just how bad can a relationship get? Ask 23-year-old Brandon Berrott from Baytown. He has lived a virtual nightmare at the hands of his girlfriend.

He was charged with eight different crimes and arrested multiple times after that ex-girlfriend allegedly pretended to be him on social media and on the phone. She was allegedly threatening a judge and also claimed his mother was bribing that judge – all under Brandon’s name.

Lisa Marie Garcia has now been arrested and faces several charges. Brandon and his lawyer Carl Moore are on the Factor with their story.
