BAGHDAD (AP) — Iraqi police say a standoff has ended at a shopping mall in Baghdad. They say attackers detonated a car bomb at the entrance to the mall, resulting in at least 18 deaths and leaving 50 others wounded. As the attackers raced inside the mall, they took hostages. The Islamic State group, which often targets the Shiite majority in Iraq, has claimed responsibility for the attack.
