HISD budget cuts

There could soon be a bloodbath at the Houston independent School District. The Factor has learned there's a possibility the district's entire force of custodians could be forced out along with some bus drivers and some police officers on the district's force. This comes as HISD faces a $200 million shortfall.

A spokesperson for the district says while no decisions have been made, they have alerted the departments and workers we mentioned.
