Heavy rain and storms continue along the coast
HOUSTON, TX - A Flash Flood Watch has been issued until 12 p.m. for Galveston, Chambers and Brazoria Counties. Chambers County has suffered the brunt of the storm with 3-4 inches of rain overnight. Expect 3-4 more inches of rain and training storms along the coast. There will break in the rain on Wednesday.
