A woman is lucky to be alive after a pole went through her car and into her passenger seat. She was driving along the North Freeway at FM 1960 in north Houston, when an 18-wheeler in front of her hit a lead pipe on the road.
A newborn baby is in state custody after he was dropped off at a Houston fire station early this morning. The little boy still had his umbilical cord attached.
Edna McWhorter, a mother of three, was shot and killed Saturday, after she was seen arguing with 38-year-old Jerry Wayne Greer outside a Channelview nightclub. Greer is charged with her murder and is still on the loose.
