Pasadena ISD police are investigating reports of inappropriate conduct by a substitute teacher. Four parents tell FOX 26 the teacher molested about a dozen girls in his fourth grade class on Friday at Jessup Elementary.

Texas Rangers are investigating after a woman strangled herself with a seatbelt inside a Fort Bend County deputy's vehicle. The woman's husband has video of the incident that's raising serious questions.

The Grand Parkway is back open after closing for a few hours this afternoon. An SUV driving on the bridge over the Brazos River hit the guard rail, flipped over and fell more than 20 feet to the embankment below.
