Coping mentally with political loss

Tuesday night's elections had many people stressed out and left just as many uncertain about the nation's future.

According to the American Psychological Association, more than 6 in 10 Americans say the current political climate is a significant stressor, and about 69 percent say considering the nation’s future causes them stress. Despite that, nearly 75 percent of Americans do feel hopeful about their futures.
