Confederate Heroes day, time for a change or let the tribute remain?
HOUSTON ( FOX 26) - In an era when monuments to leaders of the Confederacy are being removed from communities across the nation, thousands of state employees in Texas were given a paid day off Friday in celebration of Confederate Heroes Day. A benefit subsidized by millions of taxpayers who find the concept offensive.
