Passion fruit sauce from Chicken Station

The East Downtown Management District of Houston, affectionately known as EaDo, welcomes a fast food restaurant called Chicken Station, a concept created by fine dining chef Roberto Castre.

Known for his Houston fine dining restaurant Latin Bites, Castre introduces Peruvian-style rotisserie chicken cooked with charcoal at Chicken Station.
