Our Thursday weather has been fairly quiet and warmer with more sun but Friday still appears to be unsettled, especially Friday evening into Friday night. That's when a round of heavy rain and a few strong storms is expected to push through as our next storm system moves in. There is still a low 5% chance of isolated street flooding, mainly Friday evening through very early Saturday morning. Main window for heavy rain appears to be 5 PM Friday - 2 AM Saturday. Rain quickly pushes east by mid-late Saturday morning with temperatures getting briefly cooler. Then look for a warming trend and mostly quiet weather next Monday through Thursday as we get closer to Christmas.

We will dry things out as we go through Saturday with high temperatures only in the 50s. But temperatures start to heat back up for the week leading up to Christmas with more sunshine likely Sunday, Monday & Tuesday.

Temperature-wise, we're going to have normal December temperatures which means chilly, but not extremely cold.
