It is a much warmer morning across Houston. Wake-up temperatures will be in the low-60s with forecast highs in the low-70s. Cloudy skies prevail with the chance for a few light passing showers this afternoon and again on Friday. Rounds of rain are likely this weekend, with about an inch of rain possible in total. We are looking at an 80% chance on Saturday and 70% chance on Sunday. Make sure you have your umbrellas handy for an outdoor plans this weekend. Deadly severe weather hits California

California crews have been cleaning up mud and debris at beaches in Santa Barbara which were hit by storms this week. Several people are dead and hundreds of landslides and mudslides have been reported. FOX Weather's Max Gordon reports on the extensive damage.
