Houston weather: Drizzly, cool Wednesday morning

After a drizzly, showery morning, look for increasing Gulf breezes and milder air with highs close to 70 along with scattered showers. Thursday will bring the combination of muggy air, a cold front and a strong upper-level disturbance. Expect at least a scattering, and possibly a line of strong to severe storms including the slight chance for a tornado or high winds.
