Monday afternoon weather forecast

Unlike last week, which was mostly dry with low humidity, this week will be the opposite. This should thankfully bring some much needed pollen relief! Plan for partly to mostly cloudy skies the next few days, with several rain chances. Watching Tuesday-Wednesday closely for the possibility for any stronger storms. Aside from that, it will be warm, windy and humid with overnight lows close to record low maximums. Thursday looks like the best and driest day of the week, with the front pushing back inland on Friday as a warm front bringing the return of rain chances and toasty temps for the weekend.

Is it summer yet? You might be asking that question today as we begin with muggy air and work our way to near 90 for a high temp with record highs possible (Bush 91?, Hobby 90?). Isolated storms are possible. A cold front moves in tomorrow and much drier, cooler air follows.
