Brown could return on Sunday against the Seahawks. The Texans have a two week roster exemption on Brown; meaning they can activate him any time over the next two weeks. The team has until Saturday to activate him for Sunday's showdown in Seattle, but will have to cut a player to do so. Brown did conditioning workouts on the side during Monday's practice.
