Jillian Hartmann is a reporter for FOX 26. She joined the team in April 2025.

Before moving to Houston, Jillian spent five years reporting in her hometown of Pittsburgh at WPXI. She covered major stories including the Donald Trump assassination attempt, East Palestine train derailment and Fern Hollow Bridge collapse.

Prior to that, she was a morning reporter at FOX 4 in Fort Myers, Florida, where her coverage included significant events like Hurricane Michael and the Parkland mass shooting. Jillian began her career at WJAC in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, also serving as a morning reporter.

Jillian earned her degree in Broadcast Journalism from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University in Athens, OH. During college, she interned at WPXI, and later gained additional experience at WTOV in Steubenville, OH, and WRIC in Richmond, VA.

Now calling Houston home, Jillian is excited to tell the stories that matter to the community and enjoy plenty of Texas BBQ.
