A California woman still can't find a job as an attorney eight years after graduating, so she's suing her former law school.

Anna Alaburda is suing San Diego's Thomas Jefferson School of Law for fraud, asking the school to pay for the $150,000 in tuition she owes, plus lost wages.

The lawsuit alleges that the school misrepresented the number of its students who found jobs after graduating, and that she wouldn't have enrolled if she knew it was inflated.

Lawyers for the school, however, argue that Alaburda simply didn't work hard enough to find employment.
