Teacher removed, charged in improper relationship with student
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The 2016 school year has only just begun, but one woman has since been removed from the classroom after she was charged in an improper relationship with a Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District student.
Nicole Allyson Jakubiak, 36, was charged and released on a $20,000 bond.
Nicole Ray, Cypress-Fairbanks ISD assistant superintendent of communication and community relations, released the following statement on Monday:
A Harris County Assistant District Attorney said that Jakubiak engaged in sexual intercourse with a secondary school student on May 18, according to the probable cause document filed in the case against her.
