Silver Alert discontinued after Katy man found safe
KATY, Texas (FOX 26) - A Silver Alert has been discontinued for Richard Brooks, 89, from the Katy area. The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office says Brooks was found safe and well.
The Silver Alert was issued for Brooks Friday morning.
