Search ends in tragedy - body of missing 5 year old found

The body of Fiona Carroll was recovered Thursday morning from the waters of the Kemah marina.

The  5 year old girl was on the docks with her father yesterday afternoon, splashing water from a bucket onto their boat. The father turned away for a few moments and the little girl disappeared. Kemah police, the U.S. Coast guard and Texas EquuSearch took part in the search
