National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims

Many people know what it is like to lose family members or friends to violence and sometimes coping with that circumstance is difficult, but at least we can honor their memories. That is why the National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims was introduced in Congress to pay tribute and honor murder victims and their surviving families throughout the U.S.

Parents of Murdered Children chapter leader Gilda Muskwinsky and Crime Stoppers of Houston director of victim services and advocacy Andy Kahan tell Isiah Carey about the National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims event scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 23.
