Man shot dead in northeast Houston Walgreens parking lot

HOUSTON (Fox 26) - At about 1:00 a.m., Saturday, Houston police responded to the parking lot of a Walgreens in northeast Houston, where a man was found dead.

While little is known about the victim, including his name or age, Houston police say the shooting may be gang-related.

Police say the man was at the Walgreens with his wife when several suspects began shooting. The man was shot and he died in the parking lot of a Walgreens on the corner of Tidwell and Homestead.

Police say three people involved in the shooting, although they do not specify their involvement, were transported to local hospitals with gunshot wounds. Their conditions are unknown, however police say there are no suspects in custody.
