Man killed after falling off cliff after looking at cell phone

FOX 26 - The man who fell off a San Diego cliff while using a camera or cel phone has been identified. Police say 33-year-old Joshua Burwell was visiting south California from Indiana.

He slipped and plunged 40 feet onto the rocks from a beach cliff on Christmas day. Burwell's mother posted on Facebook that he died while taking pictures.
