Man charged with animal cruelty after beheading a cat
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - A Harris County man is facing animal abuse charges after authorities say he beheaded a cat.
According to court documents, on January 7, Herber Martinez intentionally and knowingly tortured a cat by cutting its head off with an unknown object.
Martinez has been charged with cruelty to livestock animals, a felony.
