Lamar HS teacher charged with improper relationship with student
ROSENBERG, Texas (FOX 26) - A Lamar High School teacher has been charged with improper relationship between educator and student.
The Rosenberg Police Department says officers were made aware of an alleged improper relationship between a teacher and student on February 20, 2018. Officer investigated allegations that a Lamar High School teacher had been sending inappropriate messages to a student's phone.
Following the investigation, Richard Segura, 37, was charged with improper relationship between educator and student.
The Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office is reviewing the case.
