Kennesaw police arrest man with 13 dogs for animal cruelty

David Edwards, Kennesaw Police Department 

Kennesaw police have charged David Edwards with several counts of animal cruelty.

Police officers were conducting an animal welfare check when they determined that there were too many animals living in the home.

Edwards has thirteen dogs taken away from him and sent to the Cobb County Animal Shelter.

This is an ongoing investigation.
