Judge recuses herself in Goforth death case
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The judge in the capital murder case of Shannon Miles has recused herself, according to the Harris County District Attorney's Office spokesman. Miles is the suspect in the deadly shooting of Deputy Darren Goforth on Aug. 28.
